Reservations cancelled more than 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be subject to cancellation charges.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Special promotional, festive, and group bookings may have separate cancellation terms.
