Payment Policy
Booking & Payment Terms
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full advance payment, an authorised travel agent voucher, or a valid credit card guarantee.
- Guests booking through a credit card or travel agent are requested to submit the required documents at least 45 days before arrival.
- For bank transfers, kindly share the payment receipt and transaction details to help us verify your booking without delay.
- Payments received without complete booking information may remain unverified, and the hotel cannot be held responsible for unidentified deposits.
- Approved refunds will be credited only to the same account or payment source used during the original booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation Guidelines
- Reservations cancelled more than 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be subject to cancellation charges.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Cash refunds are not available.
- Special promotional, festive, and group bookings may have separate cancellation terms.

Family Stay Guidelines
- Please mention the number of children and their ages while making your reservation.
- Children up to 5 years stay complimentary when sharing their parents' room without an extra bed.
- Children between 6 and 10 years are charged 50% of the applicable room rate without an extra bed.
- Children above 10 years are considered adults and will be charged the full applicable rate with an extra bed.

- PAN Card is not accepted as a valid proof of identity or address.
