1Payment Policy

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full advance payment, an authorised travel agent voucher, or a valid credit card guarantee.
  • Guests booking through a credit card or travel agent are requested to submit the required documents at least 45 days before arrival.
  • For bank transfers, kindly share the payment receipt and transaction details to help us verify your booking without delay.
  • Payments received without complete booking information may remain unverified, and the hotel cannot be held responsible for unidentified deposits.
  • Approved refunds will be credited only to the same account or payment source used during the original booking.
1Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellation Guidelines

  • Cancel your reservation 30 days or more before arrival and enjoy a full refund with no cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
  • Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for the complete reserved stay.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method (online transfer or cheque). Cash refunds are not available.
  • Reservations marked as No Show without prior notice will attract 100% cancellation charges.
1Child Policy

Family Stay Guidelines

  • Please mention the number of children and their ages while making your reservation.
  • Children up to 5 years stay complimentary when sharing their parents' room without an extra bed.
  • Children between 6 and 10 years are charged 50% of the applicable room rate without an extra bed.
  • Children above 10 years are considered adults and will be charged the full applicable rate with an extra bed.
1Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Arrival & Departure Information

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in, as per Government of India regulations.
  • PAN Card is not accepted as a valid proof of identity or address.
  • International guests are required to present a valid passport and visa upon arrival.
  • Check-In: 2:00 PM (14:00 Hrs).
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM (11:00 Hrs).
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
