What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in at Hotel Jigyasa Palace starts from 12:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Do you provide free Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available on all floors of the hotel for every guest.

Can I book Camel Safari and Desert Camp packages?
Yes. Our travel desk arranges camel safaris, jeep safaris, desert camp stays, cultural programs and sightseeing tours around Jaisalmer.
Is breakfast included with the room?
Breakfast depends on the meal plan you choose: EP is room only, CP includes breakfast, and MAP includes breakfast plus one meal. Contact us for current rates.
Are family rooms available?
Yes. Our King Suite Room (200 sq. ft.) is our most spacious category and suits families and small groups; children up to 5 years stay free without an extra bed.
Does the hotel have a bar and restaurant?
Yes. Hotel Jigyasa Palace has an in-house bar serving signature cocktails and premium beverages, and a rooftop restaurant with 60–80 seats serving authentic Rajasthani and multi-cuisine meals.
How far is the hotel from Jaisalmer Fort and the railway station?
The hotel is a short drive from Jaisalmer Fort and only about 7 minutes (2.4 km) from Jaisalmer Railway Station. Jaisalmer Airport is also a short drive away.
